MacBook Explode in the London Office

A staff notice smoke come out from his macbook. He picked up to investigate and turn it over. Soon after he put in down again, it exploded! The flames were flying six feet in the air to the ceiling.
Fortunately fire extinguisher stop the burning fire. Suspect the laptop battery was root cause.
Keyboard buttons melting in the burst.
Battery cover break up seriously.
We know it does not happen always. But what will you do if you are The One? Can you imagine how serious if this happen in car or airplane?
